MAN Roland providing opportunities for young peopleMAN Roland secures its next generation of staff by training young people. 94 apprentices are to start their education this autumn at various MAN Roland production locations. Every year the world's second-largest printing press manufacturer trains as many young people that it can see a realistic chance of employing after their training is completed. At present there are 406 apprentices spread over four training periods. Good school marks alone are not decisive for the applicants; the personal impression is just as important.
